How do I Make a Deposit?
There are many ways to fund your account. Deposits can be made with:
- Cryptocurrency from an external wallet
- USD from a debit or credit card
- USD with a Wire Transfer
- USD by ACH bank deposit
- USD or cryptocurrency from ZoomMe
- USD from CoinZoom Cash.

Why is my account blocked from transferring out funds?
Deposits made by a debit or credit card, are immediately available for trading, but withdrawals from the account can be held for 1-7 days after the deposit. Only the recent card deposit amount is blocked. For example, if an account had $1,000 and then received $100 via a debit card, only the $100 would be blocked from withdrawals for the hold period. What is an available balance?
The available balance is the amount you are able to withdraw, which may be less than the total balance in your account. Sometimes, newly deposited funds won't be immediately available to withdraw because a hold has been placed on them.

Why must I complete my profile in order to make a deposit?
In order to deposit funds to your account, the account must be approved and show as "Verified" to assure your identity. Sometimes you may have to re-verify your account if you change your address or your photo ID expires. Update your profile by tapping More -> Personal Details on the app (go to Settings on the web page). Submit any changes to the details and follow the prompts to upload a new photo ID and selfie.

How do I resolve an address issue?
In order to deposit funds from a debit or credit card, the name address on your card has to match your CoinZoom profile. If you get an error saying that your address doesn't match, please see this article.
