You can set or reset your CoinZoom Visa Debit Card PIN from your CoinZoom app. To set/ reset your PIN:
Sign in to your account on the mobile app.
Tap the Spend tab.
Tap the Physical Card tab.
Tap Set PIN.
Use your set two factor authentication method.
Enter the PIN twice exactly the same.
Select Set PIN.
By Phone
Call 1-866-286-8054 to activate your card by phone. This line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Note: The pin defaults to the last 4 digits of the phone number tied to the account until set.
