Our chat feature can be accessed in the CoinZoom app or on the web.

In the app:
After logging in, navigate to the More tab → Support → tap the green chat icon at the bottom right.

On the web:
Visit coinzoom.com or support.coinzoom.com and click the green chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen. You should see it on this page.
