What to do about Card Loss, Theft, and Disputes

If your CoinZoom Crypto Debit Card is lost, stolen, or compromised, you are protected under the Visa Zero Liability Policy and are not liable for unauthorized transactions.

Immediate Steps

  1. Freeze your card in the app

    • Go to the Spend tab, select your card, and tap Freeze.

    • You can unfreeze the card later or choose to re-issue it from the same menu.

  2. Report the issue

    • If this request requires assistance from our support team, contact CoinZoom's Visa Crypto Debit Card Support at (866) 286-8054. Include the following issues:

      • Fraudulent transactions

      • Disputing a charge

      • Other card-related issues

Important Notes

  • The numbers for your physical and virtual cards are different. Make sure you provide the correct number when reporting a lost or stolen card.

  • If you choose to re-issue your card, you will receive a replacement with a new number. The Old card will no longer work. The only exception to this is if you reissue a card as damaged, in which case the old card will continue to work until the new card is activated, and the new card will have the same number.
