If you are having difficulty sending crypto from your account, review these things before contacting support: 

  1. Make sure you have the target or destination address correct.
  2. Verify that you have sufficient funds in the currency you are trying to send. Transactions require fees in addition to the amount sent. If you choose to use Zoom tokens for fees, make sure you have sufficient Zoom tokens. If the fees are paid in the currency you are trying to send, you must have more funds available in that currency than what you are trying to transfer. 
  3. Make sure you're not trying to send locked funds. Some deposits have a temporary withdrawal hold for 7 days or more. See Funding Method Comparison for additional information on hold times.
