If you are having difficulty sending crypto from your account, review these things before contacting support:
- Make sure you have the target or destination address correct.
- Wait a couple of hours. Sometimes there is a delay on the blockchain but the transaction will execute after the high traffic subsides.
- Verify that you have sufficient funds in the currency you are trying to send. Transactions require fees in addition to the amount sent. If you choose to use Zoom tokens for fees, make sure you have sufficient Zoom tokens. If the fees are paid in the currency you are trying to send, you must have more funds available in that currency than what you are trying to transfer.
- Make sure you're not trying to send locked funds. Some deposits have a temporary withdrawal hold. See Deposit Fees and Hold Times for additional information.
- Make sure the funds are not already part of an open order. If you have an order that is waiting to execute, you will see the total amount of funds in your wallet, but the funds in the order will not be available for sending. You can cancel the order from the web page at trade.coinzoom.com.
