CoinZoom uses a Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Cloudflare to protect accounts. In some cases, you may be asked to complete frequent CAPTCHA challenges or you may see red source code on the login page. Installing the Privacy Pass browser extension can reduce repeated challenges and resolve most display issues.

When to use Privacy Pass

Use this article if you experience any of the following:

  • Frequent CAPTCHA challenges when signing in

  • Red source code or red text on the login page

  • Rate limiting messages when accessing the site

  • You use shared networks, VPNs, or Tor and encounter CAPTCHAs often

What Privacy Pass does

Privacy Pass is a Chrome and Firefox extension for Cloudflare-protected sites. After you solve one CAPTCHA, the extension issues tokens that help you pass subsequent challenges without repeating the CAPTCHA every time. In most cases, about 30 tokens are issued per solved CAPTCHA.

Install Privacy Pass

Chrome

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store page for Privacy Pass.

  2. Click Add to Chrome and confirm.

  3. Confirm the extension appears in your toolbar.

Firefox

  1. Open the Mozilla Add-ons page for Privacy Pass.

  2. Click Add to Firefox and confirm.

  3. Confirm the extension appears in your toolbar.

Enable and use Privacy Pass

  1. Click the Privacy Pass icon in your browser toolbar.

  2. Select Cloudflare.

  3. When prompted, complete the CAPTCHA once by checking I am human.

  4. Return to the CoinZoom login page and sign in again.

Notes and troubleshooting

  • Red source code on the login page often indicates that the CAPTCHA did not load correctly or that rate limiting is in effect. You may still be able to log in, but enabling Privacy Pass usually resolves the issue.

  • If issues continue after enabling Privacy Pass:

    1. Temporarily disable VPN, proxy, or Tor and try again.

    2. Clear browser cache and cookies for coinzoom.com, then reload.

    3. Ensure JavaScript and cookies are allowed in your browser.

    4. Try another supported browser or network.

    5. Wait a few minutes if you received a rate limiting message, then retry.
