This article applies only to the registration email verification OTP. Most OTP-related issues are for sign-in two-factor authentication (2FA). For those, see the separate 2FA article.
If your registration OTP isn’t working:
Delete any OTP emails you have already received.
Sign in to your CoinZoom account and wait for the next OTP email.
Do not request another OTP email.
When the OTP email arrives, enter it — it will work.
If 2FA isn’t enabled yet and you can’t find the OTP email:
Check your Junk or Spam folder.
If the OTP email is in Junk/Spam:
Right-click it and choose Not Junk or Not Spam to move it to your Inbox.
Delete the OTP email from your Inbox.
Sign in to your CoinZoom account and wait for the next OTP email.
Again, do not request another OTP.
When the new OTP email arrives, enter it — it will work.
If issues persist, this request requires assistance from our support team and will be handled by creating a support ticket.
