If you are unable to make a deposit, you may have reached your daily or weekly limit. See the article on spending and deposit limits for details.
Verification Requirements
Your account must be approved and show as "Verified" before you can deposit. Verification helps confirm your identity and meet regulatory requirements.
If your account is not verified:
Update your profile by tapping More → Personal Details in the mobile app or go to Settings on the web.
Submit any required changes and follow the prompts to upload a valid photo ID and selfie.
You may need to re-verify if you change your address or your photo ID expires.
Hold Periods for Deposits
Debit or credit card deposits are available for trading immediately, but withdrawals from these funds are held for 1–7 days.
Only the amount from the recent card deposit is held.
Example: If your account had $1,000 and you deposited $100 by card, only $100 would be held for the hold period.
See the article on Deposit Fees and Hold Times for more details.
Available Balance
Your available balance is the amount you can withdraw. This may be less than your total balance if some funds are on hold.
Address Match Requirement
When depositing from a debit or credit card, the name and address on your card must match your CoinZoom profile.
If you receive an error about an address mismatch, see the article on resolving address issues.
