If you are having difficulty sending cryptocurrency from your account, follow these steps before contacting CoinZoom Support:

  1. Verify that the target or destination address is correct.

  2. Wait a couple of hours. Sometimes, blockchain network congestion can cause delays. Transactions may execute once traffic subsides.

  3. Confirm that you have sufficient funds in the currency you are sending. Transactions require fees in addition to the amount sent.

    • If you are using Zoom tokens for fees, make sure you have enough Zoom tokens available.

    • If fees are paid in the currency being sent, ensure your available balance is greater than the amount you are trying to transfer.

  4. Check that you are not trying to send locked funds. Some deposits have a temporary withdrawal hold. See the article Deposit Fees and Hold Times for details.

  5. Ensure the funds are not already part of an open order. If funds are tied to an active order, they will not be available to send.

    • Cancel the order if needed. You can cancel from the web at trade.coinzoom.com or from the mobile app under Orders.

If the transaction continues not to send, this request requires assistance from our support team and will be handled by creating a support ticket.
