What Should I Do If I Already Have Multiple Accounts?
What Should I Do If I Already Have Multiple Accounts?
If you've already created more than one CoinZoom account, follow these steps:
Choose the account to keep.
Decide which CoinZoom account you would like to continue using. Let support know which account you'd like to keep active. This should generally be the first verified account as it will already be active. Otherwise, create a support ticket to change which account is active.
Consolidate any funds.
If you have funds in an account you no longer want to use, move them to the account you want to keep for free using ZoomMe. Support can temporarily unblock redundant accounts if needed.
