How do I withdraw USD using a wire?
Wire withdrawals are normally used for economically transferring large amounts of money and take longer than other withdrawal methods.
Note: Wire Transfers are only available for Gold, Diamond and Black Level members.
Follow these steps to withdraw using a wire transfer.
Access Wallet (Portfolio on the web app)
Choose the "Withdraw" button
Choose Wire Transfer
Choose your bank or set up a bank account if the bank is not showing in the list.
Enter the amount to withdraw
Add any relevant notes
Submit and enter your two-factor authentication code to complete the transaction.
Note: Wires are usually posted in 24-48 business hours, but can take 5 to 10 business days for a wire withdrawal to be posted to your bank account, depending upon the bank or other delays beyond our control.
How do I withdraw crypto?
There are three methods for withdrawing cryptocurrency from your CoinZoom account: sending to a friend using ZoomMe, transferring to an external wallet, or purchasing an e-gift card. See the instructions for each method below for more information.
Use ZoomMe to send crypto to a friend
ZoomMe is a free service that allows you to send crypto and USD to family and friends who are also on CoinZoom. You only need their ZoomMe handle. Please see this article on how to use ZoomMe.
Send an e-gift card
Gift cards can be used as a withdrawal method to transfer funds out of your account to another person. Gift cards are used with US Dollars, and CoinZoom automatically converts cryptocurrency if necessary. Follow the instructions in the e-gift Cards for details. These gift cards are only available in the USA.
Send crypto to an external wallet
You can transfer cryptocurrency to an external wallet if you know the address of the wallet. Please see this article for details. There are fees for withdrawing cryptocurrency.
Note: The first time you send to an external wallet or ZoomMe account, it is good practice to send a small amount of crypto as a test.
How do I withdraw cash with the CoinZoom Visa Card?
You can withdraw cash using your CoinZoom Visa Crypto Debit card from any ATM in the world that accepts Visa®. You will need your PIN. See this article on the CoinZoom Visa Debit card. CoinZoom Visa debit cards are available worldwide.
My balance hasn’t cleared, and I want to withdraw funds immediately. What do I do?
Though you can buy and sell crypto with your funds, you must wait until any withdrawal hold expires to remove funds from your CoinZoom account. This is a standard practice that secures your funds until the financial institution confirms the funds are free and clear.
If you choose, you may make a deposit using CoinZoom Cash or other methods that do not have a withdrawal hold. See Funding Method Comparison.
Can I Set Up Auto Bill Pay Through CoinZoom?
You may use your CoinZoom debit card for automatic bill pay. Submit your card details to the merchant and make sure the currency that your CoinZoom card spends has a sufficient balance.
