In the event you forget your password, please use the following steps to successfully reset your password:
From the login screen, click "Forgot Password?"
Enter the email address linked with your CoinZoom account and press "Send Reset Code".
This will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to the entered email. You must enter the One-Time Password number sent to your email. If the OTP is correct, a new screen will open to enter a new password.
Type in the new password twice and click the confirmation button.
Use your new password to sign in.

CoinZoom requires all passwords to meet minimum security standards:
Must be at least 8 characters long
Must have an estimated offline crack time of over 6,000 seconds
No requirements for specific symbols or numbers
Passwords longer than 72 characters will be truncated

For best results, CoinZoom recommends using a password manager. These tools can generate strong, unique passwords and help protect against phishing.
If not using a password manager:
Use a long, random passphrase unique to CoinZoom
Do not reuse passwords from other websites
Avoid common quotes or phrases from books, movies, or songs
