If you still have access to your old device, you can move your Google Authenticator to a new device by following these steps.
Steps to Transfer Google Authenticator
Log in to CoinZoom using your username, password, and a 2FA code from your old device.
Go to your Security Settings page.
Select Two Factor Authentication and click Reset 2FA Secret.
Enter the 6-digit code from the Authenticator app on your old device to disable it.
On your new device, open Google Authenticator and tap the plus (+) button to add a new entry.
Select Scan a QR Code.
Use your new device’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on the old device.
A new CoinZoom entry will appear in your Authenticator app on the new device.
On your CoinZoom account, enter the new 2FA code generated from your new device.
