There are multiple reasons for an account to be locked or blocked, most are a result of too many unsuccessful logins.
Customers get three tries to log in to their account. When three consecutive attempts have failed, the account will be locked for 15 minutes with a message informing you. Each time there are three more consecutive login failures, the lockout time doubles: 30, 60, 120, 240 minutes, etc.
Can CoinZoom Delete the Lock Time?
No one can delete or reset this lock. You must wait until the lockout time expires.
Can I Reset my Password?
If you have had multiple login attempt failures because you didn't type in your credentials correctly or forgot your password, refer to "Forgot My Password"
Double-check that you are using the correct email address (no extra spaces or typos).
If resetting your password does not work, please open a ticket and provide as much information as possible with a screenshot of the error message you're receiving.
