Each CoinZoom account can only be associated with two different debit cards. This error appears when attempting to deposit with a third card.


How to resolve this error

To proceed, choose one of the following options:

  • Use one of the two debit cards already linked to the account

  • Request that Support disable a previously linked card to allow use of a new one


How to request a card deactivation

To have a card removed, this request requires assistance from our support team and will be handled by creating a support ticket. While creating the ticket, include:

  • A clear image of the front and back of the new debit card

  • A clear image of the front and back of the card(s) to be deactivated

  • Ensure the name and last 4 digits of each card are visible

  • Do not send full card numbers for security reasons


Once the submitted information is reviewed and the names on the cards match the account, the requested card(s) will be deactivated, and Support will confirm the update.
