If you attempt to make a purchase with your CoinZoom Visa Crypto Debit card and there aren’t enough funds in your spend wallet, the transaction will be rejected.

How the fee works

  • First 2 rejections in a month – No fee, but you’ll receive an email reminder to add funds.
  • After 6 rejections in a month – A 0.50 fee is charged for each additional rejection to cover bank costs.

How to avoid the fee

  • Add more funds to your current spend wallet.
  • Or switch your spend wallet to another currency that has enough funds.
