February 23, 2024: ACH deposits and direct deposits have been temporarily paused while we upgrade our services. The following are answers to frequently asked questions.

Until services are back online, your account number and routing number will not be displayed on the CoinZoom mobile and web apps.

Can I use other methods to make deposits?

Yes. There are several other methods for depositing into CoinZoom, including Google Pay, ApplePay, debit/credit cards, wire transfer and CoinZoom Cash. Please see this article on different deposit methods.

We have increased the maximum deposits for debit and credit cards up to $1,000 for your convenience to enable you to buy crypto immediately. And we have significantly reduced the withdrawal hold time to a maximum of 7 days.

Each method has its own rules and limits. Please see this article for information on how long a deposit takes to post and what any withdrawal hold time may be on it.

What happens if I already made a deposit?

If you have already made an ACH or direct deposit, it will be returned to you. If you have a recurring deposit, please check with your institution on how to pause or cancel it until the services are running again.

If this was a direct deposit sent from your bank to CoinZoom, we recommend that you initiate an ACH Return with your bank to receive the funds back to your account.

If this was a scheduled direct deposit (such as a Social Security payment or employer paycheck), please contact the sending party and ask them to reverse the transaction.

When will the service resume?

We anticipate resuming ACH and Direct Deposit services by the end of May. Please check back on this page for updates.

We will announce when they are online again.
