Accounts that have not had funding or trading activity for a period of 6 months are considered inactive. A monthly fee may be charged in order to continue the account on the Exchange as explained in the CoinZoom Terms and Conditions.
To avoid this fee, you can login your account before the inactivity period. Or you can deactivate your account. If you desire to deactivate your account, first withdraw all of your assets from it and follow the instructions here.
