You may qualify for different limits for your CoinZoom account, depending upon your account verification status or VIP level. If you see a message in the app saying "Daily limit exceeded," you may be able to upgrade either your account status or VIP level to increase your daily and weekly limits.
Note: Daily and Weekly limits are based on a rolling calendar. If you max your spend limit by 10:16 AM, you will not be able to spend more until 10:16 the following day.
Limits Based on Validation (KYC) Levels
There are two levels of accounts, depending upon the verification that has taken place, Limited and Full. The verification process is also called Know Your Customer (KYC), and is required in the US by financial regulators.

Limited Accounts
Limited accounts have a streamlined setup that only require email and phone validation. With a limited account you can pay for digital collectibles and NFTs with Google Pay or Apple Pay. See Create a Limited Account.
In order to sell digital collectibles or NFTs out, the account must be upgraded to a Full account. There is no charge to upgrade.
Limited accounts have the following restrictions:
- Purchases: Digital collectibles and NFTs only (nft.coinzoom.com)
- Payment methods: Google Pay, Apple Pay
- Limits: $500 per day
Full Accounts
Full account holders have full access to CoinZoom services, including sending money for free, buying and selling cryptocurrency and spending crypto with a debit card. See Verify Your Account to upgrade. There is no charge to upgrade.
VIP Levels
Five CoinZoom Visa Debit card VIP levels qualify you for increasingly higher account limits. You can qualify for and order different card levels once by purchasing a set number of ZOOM tokens.

Example 1 spending and withdrawing cash: If you are at the Select level, you can spend $500 per day on your card and withdraw up to $200 cash from an ATM, for a combined total of $700 (including fees) on your card each day.
Example 2 spending and receiving cash at the counter: If you are at the Gold level, you can spend $2,000 per day on your card and receive up to $250 in cash at the sales counter for a total of $2,250 on your card each day.
Restaurant, gas stations, hotels pad the base price to account for tips, additional costs, etc.
Fees can't actually get $100 cash, you have subtract fees ($3.50 or similar)

ATM = Automated Teller Machine
OTC = Over the Counter
Example: Cash back at the register when also buying groceries. Sometimes a customer service desk at a store will give more.
POS = Point of Sale
