You can see and manage your support tickets from inside the Help Center. To manage your tickets, you'll need to  sign up for a Support Account. If you have already submitted an email to support@coinzoom.com without creating a support account, you would have received an email from us inviting you to register with the subject line, "Help Center User Activation."


Note: Your support account is different from your CoinZoom account. Be sure to use the support account when logging into the Help Center. 


Sign up for a Support Account

You may sign up for a support account from the main Help Center screen and filling in the form. Use the same email as for your CoinZoom trading account, but use a different password. 



Click the red "SIGN UP" button.



On the sign up screen:

  1. Type your name
  2. Type your email address
  3. Click the checkbox in front of "I'm not a robot"
  4. Click the Register button


Once in your support account, you will be able to see and respond to the tickets you have opened.
