You can see and manage your support tickets from inside the Help Center. To manage your tickets, you'll need to  sign up for a Support Account. If you have already submitted an email to [email protected] without creating a support account, you would have received an email from us inviting you to register with the subject line, "Help Center User Activation."


Note: Your support account is different from your CoinZoom account. Be sure to use the support account when logging into the Help Center. 


A Support Account is not required because you can communicate with us over email. But an account lets you manage the status of your support tickets. 


Sign up for a Support Account

You may sign up for a support account from the main Help Center screen and filling in the form. Use the same email as for your CoinZoom trading account, but use a different password. 



Click the "SIGN UP" button.



On the sign up screen:

  1. Type your full name
  2. Type your email address (this must be the same as your CoinZoom trading account)
  3. Click the checkbox in front of "I'm not a robot"
  4. Click the Register button


Once you've registered, be sure to check your email for a verification link. Click the link to set up your account password. This is different from your CoinZoom trading account. 



Once in your support account, you will be able to see and respond to the tickets you have opened.
