In order to disable your account, go into Settings and select the Disable option. This will turn off your account and allow only you to re-enable it at some future point if you choose. All functions in your account will no longer work; nobody will be able to send you crypto to this account and your debit card will be automatically disabled. 


If at some time in the future you decide to use that account you can sign in using the same email address.


Warning: You must withdraw all your funds from your account before disabling it.

Disabling in the Web App

Click Settings -> Settings -> Advanced Settings and choose Disable Account. 

Enter the one-time password (OTP) when prompted and your account will be disabled.

Disabling in the Pro App

Tap the drop down menu in the upper left hand corner -> Settings -> Disable Account: View. From this screen you can Enable or Disable your account. Enter the one-time password when prompted and your account will be disabled. 

Disabling in the Simple App

Click Settings -> Account Settings -> Advanced Settings and choose Disable Account. 

Enter the one-time password (OTP) when prompted and your account will be disabled.

Does CoinZoom Retain my personal Information?

Our Privacy Policy currently states: "We will retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Moreover, we will retain your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements."
