Users are not liable for any fraudulent transaction performed on their CoinZoom Crypto Debit card through the Visa Zero Liability Policy.
Note: If you believe your card has been lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, freeze your card immediately in the app. Go to the Spend tab, choose the card, and tap Freeze. You can unfreeze the card later, or choose to re-issue the card from the Spend tab.
Contact CoinZoom support at support@coinzoom.com if you need to report a fraudulent transaction done on your card or dispute a charge.
Note: The numbers for your physical and virtual cards are different. When reporting lost or stolen cards, be sure to use the correct number.
