Report a lost or stolen CoinZoom Visa Card, a fraudulent transaction done on your CoinZoom Visa Card, dispute a charge or freeze your card, call 1-888-355-1924 and press option 2, anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By following the automated prompts, you will be able to:

  • Mark your card as lost or stolen
  • Temporarily freeze or unfreeze your account
  • Hear recent account activity
  • Set or change your PIN
  • Activate your CoinZoom Debit Card


Note: Please be aware that the numbers for your physical and virtual cards are different. When reporting lost or stolen cards, be sure to use the correct number.
