To help protect customers from phishing attempts and scams, CoinZoom follows strict communication policies.
CoinZoom will never:
Ask for your password
Request your two-factor authentication (2FA) code
Ask for remote access to your computer or device
If an email contains any of these requests, it is not from CoinZoom.
How to recognize a legitimate CoinZoom email
All official CoinZoom emails come from one of the following domains:
@coinzoom.com
@updates.coinzoom.com
@support.coinzoom.com
@no-reply.coinzoom.com
Check the end of the email address carefully. If the address ends in something like “@coinzoom.secure.com” or “@coinzoom-support.net,” it is not a valid CoinZoom domain.
