To help protect customers from phishing attempts and scams, CoinZoom follows strict communication policies.

CoinZoom will never:

  • Ask for your password

  • Request your two-factor authentication (2FA) code

  • Ask for remote access to your computer or device

If an email contains any of these requests, it is not from CoinZoom.

How to recognize a legitimate CoinZoom email

All official CoinZoom emails come from one of the following domains:

  • @coinzoom.com

  • @updates.coinzoom.com

  • @support.coinzoom.com

  • @no-reply.coinzoom.com

Check the end of the email address carefully. If the address ends in something like “@coinzoom.secure.com” or “@coinzoom-support.net,” it is not a valid CoinZoom domain.
