CoinZoom does not support returning digital currency directly to the address from which it was sent. This is because outgoing transactions use shared hot wallet addresses that are not assigned to individual customers.
If a refund is needed, follow these steps:
Request the recipient’s current wallet address for the specific cryptocurrency
Ensure the address is active and able to receive the refund
Do not send funds back to the original "from" address shown in the transaction history
If the original sender is not a CoinZoom user, they will need to provide a valid refund address manually. Always confirm the correct address with the recipient before initiating a refund to avoid loss of funds.
