If you've moved to a different country or state, or your CoinZoom account is showing the wrong location, you can request an update through the account settings and Support.


To change your country or state:

  1. Open the CoinZoom Mobile app

  2. Go to the More tab

  3. Open Personal Details

  4. Update or review your location

If you are unable to make the change manually or if a country/state field is locked, this request requires assistance from our support team and will be handled by creating a support ticket. Include:

  • Your new residential address

  • A valid photo ID showing the new address or a supporting document (such as a utility bill or lease)

Warning: After changing your country or state, transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits, and card spending) will be restricted for 48 hours. Buying and selling crypto will still be available during this time.
