CoinZoom will not make any changes in account name or account designations unless the changes have been documented and authorized by the CCO. Prior to providing such approval, the CCO must investigate the essential facts relative to the proposed account name change or change in designation and indicate his approval of the change in writing on the documentation of the requested changes.


If you have recently changed your place of residence or your account is set to an incorrect country or state, you can update this information from your Settings page. Please note, changing your country setting may affect the payment methods that are available to your account.

  

Address Change

If you have recently changed your address or have moved to a state with support for the USD Wallet, then you will need to update your residential address in your CoinZoom account.

 

In order to update your US residential address:

 

Upload an identification document with your new address at support.coinzoom.com by creating a new support ticket.
