Using a CoinZoom account to operate as a currency exchanger—such as facilitating trades on behalf of others, processing fiat-to-crypto conversions outside the platform, or acting as an intermediary for third-party transactions—is not permitted.
Under current regulations, individuals who provide exchange services through peer-to-peer platforms like LocalBitcoins, PayPal, or BitQuick are considered "exchangers" and may be subject to federal and state licensing requirements.
CoinZoom may take action if:
Your account is used to conduct business as an unlicensed exchanger
You engage in high-volume trading that appears inconsistent with personal use
Your activity violates CoinZoom’s User Terms
CoinZoom reserves the right to limit or restrict account access if such activity is detected.
