1. Promotion Overview
The CoinZoom “Spring Fever Swipe to Win” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time sweepstakes offered by CoinZoom, Inc. (“CoinZoom”). Eligible participants can earn entries for a chance to win ZOOM token rewards by using their CoinZoom Visa Debit Card for qualifying transactions during the Promotion Period.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on March 19, 2026 and ends on May 27, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), consisting of eight (8) consecutive weeks. Drawings will occur at the end of Weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate, individuals must:
Be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where CoinZoom services are available
Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction)
Have an active, verified CoinZoom account in good standing
Possess a valid CoinZoom Visa Debit Card
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of CoinZoom may be excluded from participation.
4. How to Enter
Participants will automatically receive entries by using their CoinZoom Visa Debit Card for qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period.
1 $5 or more qualifying transaction = 1 entry
Transactions include everyday purchases such as retail, dining, fuel, groceries, and online shopping
Transactions must be $5 or greater to qualify as an entry
ATM withdrawals of $5 or more
Non-Qualifying Transactions:
The following transactions do not qualify for entries:
Peer-to-peer transfers
Refunds, reversals, or disputed transactions
Any fraudulent or suspicious activity as determined by CoinZoom
5. Bonus Entries – Prime Black Members
CoinZoom Prime Black members will receive enhanced entry benefits:
Standard cardholders: 1 entry per transaction
Prime Black members: 2 entries per transaction
Prime Black status must be active at the time of the transaction to qualify for bonus entries.
6. Prizes
A total of 400,000 ZOOM tokens will be awarded during the Promotion Period as follows:
March 31: 100,000 ZOOM
April 15: 100,000 ZOOM
April 29: 100,000 ZOOM
May 13: 100,000 ZOOM
May 27: 100,000 ZOOM
Each prize will be awarded to one (1) winner per drawing period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each respective entry period
Drawings will occur shortly after Weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8
Winners will be notified via email and/or through their CoinZoom account
CoinZoom reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding prizes
8. Prize Distribution
ZOOM token rewards will be deposited directly into the winner’s CoinZoom account within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives
9. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, reporting, or other fees associated with receiving a prize.
10. General Conditions
CoinZoom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or regulatory requirements
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Promotion will result in disqualification
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by CoinZoom, which are final and binding
11. Limitation of Liability
CoinZoom is not responsible for:
Technical issues, system errors, or transaction failures
Lost, late, or misdirected entries
Any unauthorized activity in participant accounts
12. Privacy
Participation in the Promotion is subject to CoinZoom’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Disclaimer
This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
