To help protect customers from phishing attempts and scams, CoinZoom follows strict communication policies.

CoinZoom will never:

  • Ask for your password

  • Request your two-factor authentication (2FA) code

  • Ask for remote access to your computer or device

If an email contains any of these requests, it is not from CoinZoom.

How to recognize a legitimate CoinZoom email

All official CoinZoom emails come from one of the CoinZoom.com domains or from
i2cinc.com. See This article to learn more.

Check the end of the email address carefully. If the address ends in something like “@coinzoom.secure.com” or “@coinzoom-support.net,” it is not a valid CoinZoom domain.

Need help verifying a message?
