We’re excited to announce that we are taking our Visa partnership with a new international card program launching this Fall – bringing the CoinZoom Crypto Visa Debit Card to over 160 countries across the globe!
Now your friends and family can earn free crypto on their spending wherever they are in the world.
Warning: To get this program transitioned beyond the USA, you will no longer be able to use your current CoinZoom Crypto Visa Debit cards after April 28, 2024 at 8:00 AM CST. (The new date is a result of an extension we've been able to get from Visa and our banking partners.)
Note: To ensure you can continue to move your funds efficiently, we will waive all CoinZoom Instant fees beginning April until the new card program is live.
Along with our global launch comes a new and improved card program with a brand-new card design. You’ll turn heads when you pull this card out of your wallet!
Will I have to get a new card?
You will be issued a new card.
Will the new card automatically be sent to me?
We anticipate mailing your new card Fall 2024. For security it will only be sent to the mailing address in your CoinZoom profile. Please make sure your address is up-to-date and watch your mail for a generic-looking envelope.
When will the new card be sent out?
We will begin rolling out the new card the beginning of Fall. Physical cards will be mailed to customers with existing cards. Virtual cards will begin showing up in the CoinZoom app for customers in eligible countries.
Is there a fee for the new card?
No. If you already have a card, there is no fee to send your new one. Nor is there a fee for new cards. You must have a balance of at least $10 in your account to order a card.
Will I still get my VIP rewards?
Yes. There is no change with the VIP rewards. All previously earned VIP rewards will be retained in your account.
