CoinZoom's global crypto card is available to customers in over 150 countries across the world. This card allows customers to spend their crypto at any of the 130 million worldwide merchants that accept Visa®. 


Now your friends and family can earn free crypto on their spending wherever they are in the world by using the debit card.


Along with our global launch comes a new and improved Prime rewards program with a brand-new card design. You’ll turn heads when you pull this card out of your wallet! 


There are two separate cards that you can use, a virtual card, and a physical card. Each has its own unique card number.

Will I have to get a new card?

A new virtual card will be generated automatically in your app as soon as you have at least $10 of value in your account. Any physical cards issued before November 2024 will need to be ordered new. The physical cards will be available mid November, 2024. 

What are the benefits of the card? 

The CoinZoom Crypto Debit card allows you to spend your crypto with merchants all over the world. Plus when you become a Prime member, you receive additional benefits:

  • More rewards when you spend on the card
  • Higher spending, withdrawal, and deposit limits
  • Higher amounts for sending funds to family and friends

What is the virtual card? 

The virtual card is a debit card that can be used for online purchases. It is automatically added to your account as soon as you have at least $10 of value. Access it by going to the Spend tab (web: Portfolio -> Spend Wallet). See your card number and other details by tapping Reveal.

Will the physical card be sent automatically to me? 

You must order the physical card yourself from your account in the app or on the website. For security it will only be sent to the mailing address listed with CoinZoom. Cards cannot be sent to P.O. boxes. Please make sure your address is up-to-date, order the card, and watch your mail for a generic-looking envelope. 

Is there a fee for the new card?

The card is free, but there is a shipping charge for all cards except the Black Metal level card. However you must purchase a minimum number of ZOOM tokens in order to qualify for the different Prime levels, which open trading discounts, spend rewards, and other benefits. 

What countries is the card be available in?

Customers in nearly all countries around the globe can order and use the CoinZoom Crypto Debit card. Please see the current list here.

How can I get a physical card?

You will be able to order one from the Spend screen (mobile app) or Portfolio (web) starting mid-November 2024. See this article on ordering a physical card. 

 

Does the card work with finance apps like Apple Pay or Google Pay?

At the moment, the card does not work with Apple Pay or Google Pay and some other finance apps like Venmo or Cashapp. We expect that the functionality will be live soon and are actively currently working on it.
