Any USD withdrawals or deposits by card, wire, ACH or other methods must come from or go to external accounts that match the name, address, and phone number of the CoinZoom account.
Cryptocurrency transfers to and from most external wallets in most jurisdictions are not yet subject to this requirement.
Joint Accounts
However, deposits from joint accounts are allowed. To allow a joint account deposit, please send an email to support@coinzoom.com and attach a copy of a recent bank statement showing the name and address of the joint owners, last 4 digits of the account number, and the financial institution. Any other sensitive information may be blocked out.
