Orders that have not been fully executed can only be cancelled on the web app. You can only cancel an order or the parts of an order that have not completed. Sometimes an order will be completed in parts, as when a Limit order finds a matching price that doesn't have enough tokens to completely fulfill your order. In that case the order will be partially filled and the remaining balance will be available to cancel.
To cancel an order,
- Sign into your account at trade.coinzoom.com in a browser window.
- Click on the "Trade" tab, below the trading chart
- Click on the "Open Orders" tab. If the order you want to cancel isn’t listed here, then it is no longer pending
- Click on the red X on the right-hand and side of the order.
