An account that is inaccessible may be that way for several reasons. It may be permanently closed or temporarily deactivated. In either case, this article will give you insight into the possible reasons and how to re-activate your account.
Blocked and Disabled Accounts
Your account may have been blocked or disabled for various reasons, usually to preserve the security of your account. If there has been suspicious activity related to your account, we will block it to protect the assets. You may contact us to see if we can unblock it once any threat has been resolved.
If your account has been blocked for a violation of our Term and Conditions, there is little chance that it can be unblocked. These reasons can range from a chargeback on a card deposit to suspicious activity involving your account. While we can usually tell you what the cause was, there are some circumstances that we are unable to disclosing details.
User Disabled Accounts
You may have temporarily disabled your account from within the app itself. If that is the case, please see this article on how to regain access to your account.
Closed Accounts
If you have requested your account to be closed, it has been permanently closed. At that time we would have given you the opportunity to withdraw any funds before closing the account. An account that the customer has requested to be closed cannot be re-opened. If you want a CoinZoom account, you will have to open the new account under a different email address.
