The virtual CoinZoom Global Crypto Debit card is automatically available to all customers in over 150 countries as soon as the account is funded with at least $10 USD or equivalent in cryptocurrency. It is free. Customers with a virtual card may also order a physical card.
How can I use my virtual card?
Once you have funds in your account, you may use the card for online purchases. There is no PIN associated with the virtual card. Because of this, merchants who require a PIN may not accept your virtual CoinZoom Card. In that case you will want to order a physical card.
When you need to put your card number into a commerce site, retrieve the number and other details from your CoinZoom app's Spend tab.
You can add your virtual card to many payment apps, such as the Walmart and Uber apps. Additional payment options, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay will be available as well.
Note: The virtual card will not work if you are using a VPN to make an online purchase.
Find the Card Number and Other Details
For security, your virtual CoinZoom Crypto Debit card is masked by default. To see it, you must be in the mobile app, go into the Spend tab and tap on Reveal. It will show your card number, the CVV number, and expiration date.
Freeze your virtual card
You can freeze the use of your virtual card at any time, such when you suspect it may be compromised. Log into the mobile app, tap the Spend tab, and the Freeze button.
On the web page, click Portfolio -> Spend Wallet -> Freeze card.
You can unfreeze your card at any time from within the app.
Can I increase my card spending rewards and limits?
Card limits are determined by your Prime rewards level. The highest level gives you up to 5% back on purchases, 50% discount on crypto trading, and up to $10,000 spending limit. The more ZOOM tokens you own, the higher your Prime level. Please see this article for more information.
The indicator below the card shows your current Prime level and tells you how much ZOOM is needed in order to qualify for the next level. The card level is the same for both your virtual and physical cards.
Replacing the virtual card
There is usually no need to replace a virtual card. But if you discover it has been compromised, immediately freeze your card. Replacing a virtual card can be done, but requires help from CoinZoom. If you need to replace your virtual card, please contact support@coinzoom.com.
