A denied transaction on the CoinZoom Visa Debit Card may be caused by one of the following issues:

The transaction exceeded daily or weekly card limits

Card limits are based on the current card level. Purchasing additional ZOOM tokens may increase the limit. Visit the CoinZoom website and scroll down to view card-level details.

Insufficient funds in the selected currency

Switch to a different available currency in the CoinZoom app or deposit additional funds.

Not enough ZOOM tokens available to cover fees

Additional ZOOM tokens may need to be purchased through the app to complete the transaction.

The selected cryptocurrency sold for less than expected at the time of purchase

Due to market volatility, the value of the selected crypto may not have covered the full transaction amount. 

Consider selecting a different currency, increasing the balance, or retrying the purchase when market value improves.

A previous transaction is still pending settlement

Some merchants, such as gas stations or restaurants, may authorize more than the purchase amount. Until the transaction settles—typically within one business day—the additional authorized amount remains temporarily unavailable.

The card was used at a non-participating merchant

In this case, the CoinZoom Visa Card may not be accepted, and a different payment method is required.
