If you have sent an ACH but it is not reflected in your account, don't worry as ACH transfers can take up to 3-4 business days to post. You can check a pending ACH transfer by following the below steps:
- Log into trade.coinzoom.com
- Select Portfolio
- Click the Deposit button for United States Dollar (USD)
- Locate the ACH bank deposit in the Deposit History list
You will see Pending under Status if the deposit is not yet posted to your account.
