When you create a CoinZoom account, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by providing personal information, images of a government-issued ID, and a selfie video. This is a regulatory requirement that helps protect the platform by verifying each customer’s identity and preventing fraudulent activity.

If your verification is rejected, it can be due to several reasons:

  • The ID submitted is invalid or damaged

  • The information on the ID does not match your profile details

  • The photo of your ID is blurry or unclear

  • The ID has expired

You have three attempts to complete verification. If your first attempt is rejected, you can resubmit your documents by tapping the Verify Now button on the pop-up that appears after signing in to the app.

Tips to Avoid Rejection

  • Use a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card

  • Ensure your profile information matches your ID exactly

  • Take photos in a well-lit area, holding the camera steady

  • Make sure the ID is in focus, clear, and readable

  • Use an ID that is up-to-date and not expired

If your verification is rejected again, create a support ticket with the subject line "KYC Rejection" so we can manually review your details.
