Customers with a plastic Black Card can upgrade to the metal card by taking the following steps:
- Own at least 300,000 ZOOM tokens
- Visit your spend wallet where you will see an updated card image and a note telling you that you are eligible to upgrade
- Click on the gear menu with the red dot
- Choose "Mail upgraded card"
- Select a shipping method
After the card arrives you will need to log into the CoinZoom app and activate the card by clicking on the gear icon and choosing "Activate Card"
