If you're using the OTP from the email we sent you, and it isn't working, please follow these steps:
- Delete any OTP emails that you've already received.
- Sign in to your CoinZoom account and wait for the next OTP email.
- Please don't request another OTP email.
When the OTP email arrives it will work.
If Two-Factor Authentication isn't enabled yet and you can't find the OTP in your Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
If you do find the OTP email in your Junk or Spam folder, right-click on it and choose "Not Junk" or "Not Spam". This will move that email to your Inbox.
- Delete the OTP email from your Inbox.
- Sign in to your CoinZoom Account and wait for the next OTP email.
- Please don't request another OTP.
When the OTP email arrives it will work.
Tip: If you've enabled 2FA, remember that each number is good for only thirty seconds after it is generated. If a code doesn't work, it may have expired. Use another one.
Tip: Make sure you're using the OTP code associated with CoinZoom. Your Google Authenticator may have multiple apps it generates codes for.
