Contact your card provider and verify the exact name and billing address they have on file.
Make sure the card was issued in the same country listed on your CoinZoom profile.
Only Visa and MasterCard debit cards are supported. Prepaid cards or cards without residential billing addresses, even if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo, are not supported.
Proof of Card Ownership
If you're still seeing an address verification error after verifying the details above, this request requires assistance from our support team and will be handled by creating a support ticket and providing proof that you own the card.
Acceptable proof includes a bank statement or similar document showing all of the following:
Your name as listed on your CoinZoom profile
Your street address as listed on your CoinZoom profile
The last four digits of the card you're trying to use
If the required information appears on multiple documents, make sure your bank account number is visible on each one to confirm ownership.
