You may want to change the address you provided CoinZoom during your registration if you have subsequently moved to a different location. For security purposes, address changes cannot be made more than once every six months without getting help from Support (See Six Month Waiting Period). 


Warning: All withdrawals or transfers out of your account will be restricted for 48 hours after your address is changed. 


Please follow the below steps to update your address:


Web browser:

  1. Go to trade.coinzoom.com in a web browser
  2. Go to the Settings tab
  3. Choose the Profile from the left-side menu.
  4. Update the desired address.
  5. Click the Submit button.


CoinZoom app( white background):

  1. Click Settings (gear icon) on the top right.
  2. Choose on Personal option.
  3. Update the desired address. 
  4. Click the Submit button.


CoinZoom Pro app(black background):

  1. Click on the 3 lines on the top left.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Preferences choose Profile Information.
  4. Update the desired address.
  5. Click the Submit button.

Once you submit the updated address, you will be asked to re-upload your verification documents and complete the verification (KYC) process.


Six Month Waiting Period

If you get an error "Verified address cannot be changed within 6 months" while updating the address, contact Support for assistance.



Create a support ticket or simply send an email to support@coinzoom.com with one of the below proof of address documents. Please block out account numbers and other sensitive data.

  •  Utility Bill
  •  Bank Statement
  •  Lease Agreement
  •  Cell phone bill
  •  or similar


Note: To change address, you need to send proof of address with a permanent street address, not a general delivery address or post office box number.
