You can have a maximum of two debit cards associated with your CoinZoom Account.
CoinZoom only accepts Visa or Mastercard Debit cards.
In order to validate the Debit card deposit, the exact name and billing address for your debit card, needs to match the exact name and address on your CoinZoom account.
If you have additional issues on your debit card deposit, please contact your Bank to ask them why your card is being declined.
If everything matches and you are still getting an error, you may not be able to use that debit card to fund your account at this time. You may need to try a different debit card or fund your account using a wire, ACH or Zelle.
If a debit card associated with your account is lost, stolen or replaced, create support ticket to notify us of the need to update your account so you can use your replacement debit card.
