First, check you junk/spam folders. If it is not there, try resending the email verification.

On trade.coinzoom.com navigate to the top bar and click on 'Sign In' and then click "Resend Email Verification" here. You should receive the verification email. Let us know if you have more questions or problems.

 


If the problem is with the verification or one-time password (OTP) email:


  • Click on the "Sign In" link in the CoinZoom trading platform and click on the "Resend Email Verification" link.
  • Try refreshing your browser and clearing all browser cookies.

Please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder.


If the email isn't there you may need to contact your internet service provider.
