Your CoinZoom Exchange account login is not the same login information for the support page.
To create a CoinZoom Support account:
1. Click on the "Login" button or link
2. On you phone scroll down and then click on the "Sign Up With Us" red button.
3. On the Web App look on the far right for the "Sign Up With Us" red button.
