Remember that once completed there is no option to undo or reverse the transaction.
Web
- Click the "Portfolio" tab
- Choose "Send" button next to the correct crypto
- Type the name of one of your saved whitelist entries
- If the address you want hasn't already been saved click Add Address
- After you click on the "White List" green button you will get a popup.
A. Choose "ZoomMe" or "Wallet Address"
B. Paste the Wallet Address in the box belowC. Add a unique name for this wallet address (Don't use the same name used for a different white list entry)
D. Click the green "Submit" button
- Enter the amount of digital currency you'd like to send in the Amount field.
- Choose how you want to pay your transaction fee (ZoomMe is free)
- Double-check all fields
- Once everything is verified click the "Submit" button
- If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled (recommended) enter in the relevant code and submit
Mobile:
- Tap the menu drop down icon in the upper left-hand corner
- Tap "Portfolio"
- Tap the Crypto you want to send
- Click "Send" button
- Read the warning box. Make sure you only send the selected crypto to that crypto's wallet. If you send to a different crypto wallet type, the amount sent could be lost.
- Type the name of one of your saved whitelist entries
- If the address you want hasn't already been saved click Add Address
- After you click on the "Whitelist" green button you will get a popup.

- Either paste in the destination wallet address, tap on one of your saved whitelist entries or click "Scan with QR code"
- Enter the Amount to send
- Choose how you would like to pay your fee for this transaction
- Once everything is verified click the "Send" button
- If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled (recommended) enter in the relevant code and submit
