If you have moved and need to update the address on your CoinZoom account, you can do so through the web browser or mobile app. Address changes can only be made once every six months without assistance from Support.


Warning: For your protection, all transactions into or out of your account will be restricted for 48 hours after your address is changed. This includes withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and spending. You may still buy and sell cryptocurrency during this period.

Mobile App

  1. Tap More... in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select Personal Details.
  3. Update your address.
  4. Tap Save.

Web Browser

  1. Go to trade.coinzoom.com in a web browser.
  2. Open the Settings tab.
  3. Select Profile from the left-side menu.
  4. Update your address.
  5. Click Submit.

Once you submit your new address, you will be prompted to re-upload your verification documents and complete the KYC verification process.

Six-Month Waiting Period

If you receive the error “Verified address cannot be changed within 6 months” while updating your address, this request requires assistance from our support team and will be handled by creating a support ticket.


Email support@coinzoom.com or create a support ticket, including one of the following proof of address documents (with account numbers and sensitive information blocked out):

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Lease agreement
  • Cell phone bill
  • Similar official document

Note: Proof of address must show a permanent street address, not a general delivery address or P.O. box.
