If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, you will not receive an email with the one-time password (OTP).
Instead, in order to get the OTP, you must log into your external 2FA application (such as Google Authenticator) and find the entry for CoinZoom. Enter this code in the CoinZoom app.
