You can have a maximum of two debit cards associated with your CoinZoom Account.
CoinZoom deposits can only be done with Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards.
In order to validate the debit card deposit, the exact name and billing address for your card, needs to match the exact name and address on your CoinZoom account. If this is the case, send an email to support@coinzoom.com and attach a proof of address, such as a utility bill.
If you have additional issues on your card deposit, please contact your bank to ask them why your card is being declined.
If everything matches and you are still getting an error, you may not be able to use that debit card to fund your account at this time. You may need to try a different debit card or fund your account in a different way.
If a debit card associated with your account is lost, stolen or replaced, create support ticket to notify us of the need to update your account so you can use your replacement debit card.
