A change to the email address must be requested through a support ticket.
In order to ensure that this request is coming from the owner of the account please provide the following information:
Details of most recent financial transaction. For example bought .021 BTC or deposited $200 from my debit card.
Provide the bank wire reference number. You can find this by going to Portfolio, click the Deposit button to the far right from USD, your unique Reference Number appears in the Wire Transfer instructions
To get the Reference Number,
- Log into your account
- Click on Portfolio
- Click on the green "Deposit" button all the way to the right of the USD row
- Click on "Wire Deposit"
- Copy your unique Reference Number and paste it into your support ticket
